1. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Protection Act)
Under South African consumer law, customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 7 business days of receiving goods, provided items remain in brand-new, unopened condition with all manufacturer seals unbroken.
2. Unopened Packaging Condition
Because PlayStation consoles are high-value electronics with individual factory security tape, change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted if security seals have been broken or altered.
3. Defective on Arrival (DOA) Procedure
In the unlikely event that a console fails to power on upon delivery, the customer must notify Electromania within 48 hours of courier delivery. Electromania will arrange a courier pickup for technical verification.
