Delivery & Customs Terms
1. Sourcing & Transit Model
Consoles are procured via direct personal contacts in China and shipped directly to South Africa in consolidated air/sea freight shipments. By coordinating logistics directly rather than through corporate distributor chains, we bypass retail markups.
2. Delivery Timing & Unverified Claims
During pre-launch and development, delivery is estimated at roughly 7–14 business days from dispatch. We explicitly do not advertise guaranteed 7-day arrival until our local dispatch hub and scheduled airline flights are finalized.
3. Customs Clearance & Import Duties (HS Code 9504.50)
Video game consoles entering South Africa are classified under SARS Customs Tariff 9504.50. The legal importer of record status, ad valorem duties, and 15% South African VAT liability must be settled and disclosed by the business owner before public live checkout activation.
4. Local Courier Fulfillment
Local deliveries are handled via tracked door-to-door courier covering major metropolitan centres in Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, and regional hubs. A signature is required upon delivery.
