How long does delivery take?

Consoles are dispatched in consolidated batches from China to South Africa, followed by local door-to-door courier. We estimate roughly 7–14 business days from dispatch, subject to customs clearance. We do not advertise guaranteed 7-day delivery until local fulfillment logistics are finalized.
Why is online card payment currently pending?
Electromania integrates with trusted South African payment gateways (PayFast and Yoco). Online payments remain in “Setup Pending” mode until merchant bank account verification and final courier fees are activated. When active, card details are entered strictly on the gateway's secure hosted page — never stored by Electromania.
What warranty applies?

Because these are imported directly, warranty service is backed by Electromania's 6-month limited hardware defect guarantee rather than local official distributor service. A 7-day unopened return policy applies under the CPA.
